Cogency Group has developed a comprehensive process called Targeted Inclusion™ to enable organizations to increase the hiring and promoting of women and minorities. Targeted Inclusion™ is designed to remove subconscious barriers and biases that derail hiring and promoting efforts.
Targeted Inclusion™ consists of three phases: Ignite, Excite and Re-energize. Each phase is designed to keep continued attention and momentum focused toward the inclusion effort.
Ignite
The Ignite phase of Targeted Inclusion™ customizes the process to your organization’s situation and environment. Senior managers are drawn into the process for input and engagement. With the commitment of senior leaders, attendees are trained using a hands-on and interactive approach that enables them to leave the workshop with skills they can begin using immediately.
Excite
During the Excite phase, we encourage participants to continue to utilize the skills learned. Targeted Inclusion™ provides techniques and training to reinforce accountability including training events, communications and coaching.
Re-energize
Targeted Inclusion™ utilizes the Re-energize component to keep focus on hiring and promoting efforts and maintain momentum. By engaging with managers in the field, through communication, and by providing an additional “tune-up” workshop, Targeted Inclusion™ ensures that your organization is better equipped to achieve greater results through increased inclusion.
